SBU Welcomes Leon C. Wirth as the new Vice President for Institutional Advancement
麻豆影院 has named Leon C. Wirth as Vice President for Institutional Advancement. The VP for Institutional Advancement is the chief development officer for the University and advises the President on the University's advancement efforts as well as community and donor relations. He will also serve as a member of the Executive Cabinet.

SBU and Next Level Solutions Announce Educational Partnership
麻豆影院 and Next Level Solutions are partnering to help address the shortage of technical workers in the Ozarks by offering technical classes at a reduced rate. The partnership decreases the cost of computer science courses at SBU's new dual-credit program, SBU Academy.

Jennifer Rothschild Awarded Honorary Doctorate from 麻豆影院
Jennifer Rothschild, author, speaker, and podcast host, has been awarded an honorary doctor of Christian Ministry degree by 麻豆影院, an honor presented to her at the 2022 SBU Winter Commencement by President Rick Melson.

SBU Welcomes Dr. Tracy S. Manly as Provost and Professor of Accounting
President Dr. Rick Melson has appointed Dr. Tracy S. Manly as Provost of 麻豆影院. The Provost is the chief academic officer for the University, a member of the executive cabinet, and oversees administrative support for academic areas. In addition to serving as Provost, Dr. Manly has also been appointed to the faculty rank of Professor of Accounting.

SBU Welcomes Dr. Scott Moats as the new Executive Vice President for Administration and Chief Business Officer
麻豆影院 has named Dr. Scott Moats as Executive Vice President for Administration and Chief Business Officer. In addition to overseeing SBU's administrative operations, fiscal management, and risk assessment, Dr. Moats will serve as a senior advisor to the President.
麻豆影院 Winter Commencement to be held on December 16
麻豆影院 will be awarding degrees to 180 students during two commencement ceremonies -- on Friday, December 16, in the Jane and Ken Meyer Wellness and Sports Center on the Bolivar campus.
麻豆影院 Collaborates with Cedarville University's Doctor of Pharmacy Program
麻豆影院 is collaborating with Cedarville University to bring SBU students who meet the admission criteria to have preferred admission status and enrollment benefits in Cedarville's Doctor of Pharmacy program.

SBU Forensics Team Competes at the 2022 I-65 Swing
麻豆影院 Forensics team competed at the I-65 Swing in Sedalia, Missouri on November 12-13. This tournament was hosted at the Sedalia State Fair Community College. The SBU Speaking Bearcats won over 37 awards during this two day tournament.
